Which cruise lines call at the Port of Los Angeles?
More than a dozen cruise lines call at the Port of Los Angeles throughout the year, but three cruise lines have homeport agreements to operate ships during the Spring/Summer 2009 cruise seasons:

Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines' Mariner of the Seas offers seven-day cruises to the Mexican Rivera.
Princess Cruise Lines' Saphire Princess offers seven-day cruises to Mexico; Golden Princess offers 14-day cruises to Hawaii.
Norwegian Cruise Lines’ Norwegian Star offers seven-day cruises to Mexico.

How can I obtain driving directions to the World Cruise Center?
The World Cruise Center at the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro is approximately 18 miles (29 kilometers) south of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), 25 miles (40 kilometers) south of downtown Los Angeles and 10 miles (16 kilometers) west of Long Beach, with easy freeway access from both directions.
From LAX: Travel southbound on the San Diego Freeway (Interstate 405), then southbound on the Harbor Freeway (Interstate 110). Exit at Harbor Boulevard and proceed straight through the Harbor Boulevard intersection. Turn right to enter the World Cruise Center.

From downtown Los Angeles: Travel southbound on the Harbor Freeway (Interstate 110). Exit at Harbor Boulevard and proceed straight through the Harbor Boulevard intersection. Turn right to enter the World Cruise Center.

From Long Beach: Travel westbound on Ocean Boulevard, Seaside Avenue and the Vincent Thomas Bridge (State Highway 47). Exit at Harbor Boulevard and proceed straight through the Harbor Boulevard intersection. Turn right to enter the World Cruise Center.

Where can I park if I take a cruise out of the Port of Los Angeles?
Overnight parking is available and no reservations are required. Most lots are open seven days/week, 24 hours/day. Courtesy shuttles are provided to and from the cruise terminal on scheduled ship days. Shuttles are not wheelchair accessible. Parking rates are $1 each hour for the first 10 hours, with a $12 daily maximum. Cash, Travelers Checks, and Credit Cards are accepted. For more information, call Parking Concepts at 1-800-540-PARK.

What rental car companies service the Port of Los Angeles’ World Cruise Center?
Enterprise Rent-A-Car operates a location near the World Cruise Center, and offers free customer pick-ups and drop-offs to the terminal. This convenient location is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturday on Sunday, from 9 a.m. to noon. Which shuttles operate from LAX to the World Cruise Center?
SuperShuttle® Transportation Systems operates door-to-door ground transportation throughout Los Angeles. Reservations from the airport to a residence, hotel, or business are not required unless accessible van service is needed. Pacific Cruise Ship Terminals, a subsidiary of Metro Cruise Services, is responsible for managing the World Cruise Center at Berths 90-93 for the Port of Los Angeles. The facility is capable of berthing three of the most modern cruise ships in the world simultaneously. The terminal at Berth 93 has been upgraded and enlarged to accommodate the largest mega ships currently sailing. This allows for comfortable and efficient processing for discriminating passengers.

Metro Cruise Services currently provides stevedoring services for all cruise lines calling Los Angeles. This includes handling baggage and loading the ships stores and provisions necessary for a successful cruise. Metro also has the capability to handle other special requirements for the cruise lines including removing and installing satellite receivers and other large bulky items requiring the use of mobile cranes or other special equipment.
